At Alpha Longevity your satisfaction matters to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return a product and receive a refund or replacement.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products with a broken safety seal or that have been opened or partially used (except damaged/defective items)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
3. How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with return authorization and the address to ship the item back. Please do not send items back before receiving authorization.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is the result of our error (wrong or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the stated timeframe, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at [email protected] and we will help resolve it.
