This Shipping Policy explains how and when Alpha Longevity ships your order. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Times
Within the United States, standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any available free-shipping promotions and their thresholds will be shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at [email protected] to check availability.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Damaged or defective items are covered by our Refund Policy.
